I did my 100 hour YTTC at Om Shanti Om and can honestly say it was the best experience of my life. The teachers are patient, very knowledgeable and have such wonderful personalilites, i felt very at home. Food was excellent and catered for my gluten free needs. There was so much to learn and we also had a few lovely day trips so the entire experience was very memorable and exceptional value for money. Would recommend to anyone, ive made friends for life at Om Shanti Om and cannot wait to go back there again for my next course.

Seeking for a balance after spending few days in busy Varanasi I looked for a yoga retreat in Rishikesh. Om Shanti Om turned out to be spot on!I joined instructor’s course for its first quarter. Yet gradually I was getting more and more excited about all the knowledge our teachers would share - about the anatomy, philosophy, breathing, Ayurveda. I realized this is a place I want to spend my remaining time in India and stayed for the whole course. The vibe of the group and the teachers was one of a kind, so joyful, enriching and deeply calming experience. I loved every bit of it!As a consequence I got 200h Yoga Teaching Training Course certificated, strengthened my body, rested my head and learnt so much!Really grateful for this beautiful experience, thank you so much Dinesh and your fantastic team, I’d recommend to anyone!
I did the 200 hour TTC in November. The yoga teachers are absolutely amazing and cater to all experience levels. The stay was extremely comfortable and worth the money. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to learn yoga for the first time or to an experienced practitioner wishing to take things further.
Absolutely love this place! I did the 200hr course and couldn't be happier. Dinesh and the whole team are so lovely and supportive, and we had such an amazing time together. The rooms are comfortable, food is great and all the classes are really interesting and fun. Rishikesh is also a lovely place, and I definitely recommend to anyone thinking of studying at Om Shanti Om!
Everyone thinking of doing a YTTc in Rishikesh, I definitely recommend doing it at Om Shanti Om Yoga Ashram! Teachers are 100% dedicated and supportive. Dinesh's classes have the best energy and after one week you can already feel the difference in your practice. The comfortable rooms and the delicious food made me feel like at home, so I decided to stay a few weeks longer which haven't regret!
My experience at om shanti om was extraordinary and life changing, the 200 hours training course I participated in august exceeded my expectations, the teachers are very good the atmosphere is so relaxing and calming, and the yoga classes are the best I felt the improvement in 4 weeks of my staying there, I really recommend this school for anyone who is interested in yoga wether beginner or at any level, 🙏
Completed my 200 hours TTC at Om Shanti Om, I'm now back home but my heart is still there. When I arrived in the school honestly, I was not expecting to learn this much. The course was well structured and complete: perfect balance between Yog philosophy, pranayama, anathomy, ayurveda, body allignment, teaching methodology and yoga asanas. This four weeks were a true journey through Yog world and expecially through myself. I learn how to listen to my body and my mind, to go over my limits and how to love myself and others with more kindness.All the teachers were passionate and happy to share their knowledge, we were always coming to class with a big smile, and going to bed at night with a smile even bigger!Thanks Om Shanti Om family, thanks Dinesh for creating this amazing environment and for bringing your amazing and powerful energy, your passion and your love for discipline and for life to all of us everyday.I'm so grateful for this experience. ❤️🙏🏻Namaste
First time leaving North America and came to this yoga school in India out of all places. Glad I finished this adventure with my 200hr yoga certification. Thank you Om Shanti Om for the amazing experience. I dont think you can find a school with better staff chemistry. All the staff truly like working there and helping you learn. It doesn’t feel like a typical business. The best part was the food, not many places in rishikesh that cook so clean choosing olive oil over refined oils.
