I ordered a water bottle and travel cup on the 1st January. I contacted them yesterday for an update on my order as it hadn’t even shipped by this point. I was told the warehouse is closed over Christmas and technical hiccups had meant a further delay. I have to wait 5-10 days for a refund. Exceptionally poor service and lack of communication.
