The bottle itself is great, and Denis from Customer Service was exceptionally helpful when I had a leaking issue.I've got the large 1L Ocean Bottle, but it appeared to be missing the rubber ring in the lid, which caused water to build up in the grooves and leak each time I opened it. I reached out to customer service, and Denis arranged for a replacement to be sent out within 24 hours. Although the first replacement had a small crack, Denis was very apologetic and quickly sent out another.Overall, the issue was resolved and I'm back to being able to use the bottle again
