I have a few ocean bottle bottles (brew flask & the original bottle) which are great but I wanted to buy one of the larger 1L bottles and that experience has been really not great. The first bottle I got leaked and they replaced one part at a time until I had a whole new bottle which has now started leaking again. I feel like I’m talking to a bot when I try to address it with customer services. There’s clearly some sort of issue with the larger bottle but the whole customer service experience seems like it’s designed to cause max frustration. I don’t understand how one product can be so great and one just does not work at all. I’m not an idiot and I know how to use a water bottle because the other OB bottles I have work fine. I’ve been talking to CS for a full YEAR to try and sort it out and I’m still no closer to having a bottle that doesn’t leak.EDIT 7/4/25: They’ve provided me with a new bottle a month ago which has not leaked. Taking one star off for speed of resolution, but I’m happy with my bottle now at least.
