How long will it take for me to get a new flask refunded? I still have the grey Ocean Bottle which is 500ml but I really miss my Green 350l Brew Flask especially at the moment as I have basically lost my voice (due to the flue thing that is going aroung at the moment) and I am coughing and shivering and have a really sore throat. I really don't need this at thr moment as on the 25/02/2025 I am having to travel up to Kings College Hospital, Denmark Hill, London to have EEG tests for 3 days and then have to go back. The one thing I would not do is lie and make up a lie about something my Ocean Bottle Brew Flask that is something that I would definitely not lie about. TBH I Look forward togetting my replacement flask. Regards Natasha Bain.
