Customer support are friendly and helpful but unfortunately that is the only positive I can give. The bottle leaks (don’t believe anything you read online about it not leaking) and right now I can’t drink from it without loosening the cap. I’ve checked the gaskets, straw, each part individually etc but it won’t work. You could buy a £5 bottle from a supermarket that wouldn’t have these issues. Great brand and ethics and I wish I could continue to support, but unfortunately a complete waste of £36.
