It’s been 16 days since I made an order and still no sign of bottle being shipped. Service agent advised it will be shipped ‘soon’. This supposed to be Christmas gift and ‘soon’ isn’t good enough. This is very bad customer experience. Pity I haven’t read 1 star reviews before placing an order as it seems it’s the practice. According to the company website EU delivery takes 3 to 6 days. The expectations need to be manage better and correct timing listed on the website. I feel cheated by supposedly highly accountable company. Shame***Update*** The bottle arrived on 22nd December - in time for Christmas. Changing 1 star review to 3. Thank you
