I received my 1 litre water bottle as a gift (at my request) but the way it separates causes it to leak. At first I thought it was user error but i have tried it multiple times and I think it is a design fault or I have a defective product. Either way it is an expensive product that I can't use and is not fit for purpose. I have emailed Ocean's customer service team numerous times and never received a response, really disappointing.
