These are really fabulous water and coffee cups. The best I've ever used. The after sales service is amazing. My coffee cup which is in constant use for well over 2 years developed an issue with the seal. I contacted Ocean Bottle and within 10 minutes they had a new lid on the way to me. Now that is excellent service. Lovely friendly emails. They are true to their word to save the oceans from plastic waste. My cup doesn't need thrown away thanks to them they are providing a new lid free of charge so I can carry on using it. Brilliant Company
