Isn't it telling that they haven't got a single good review.In one of their ANPR operated car parks on the day we entered our registration into the machine, it told us a price to pay, we paid it by NFC and got confirmation of payment. Then their machine must have had a glitch as a Teamviewer session came on the screen (remote control software used by T support teams) but we thought nothing of it as we had confirmation of payment and no tickets are required anyway as it is ANPR operated.Back from holiday we received a PCN and even after showing them proof of payment they refuse to cancel the PCN because their system doesn't show it correctly. Have they learnt nothing from other IT scandals that show IT does go wrong? Heartless organisation, will see them in court.
