This is one of those reviews where I would give negative stars if possible. I paid a significant amount for a specific itinerary that never reached the main highlight. This was not due to weather but a decision made by the captain, saving the company a lot of money. Refunds? Forget it. Customer support? Non-existent. Ghosting? Yes, they seem fine with that. Respect for paying customers? Zero. What about consumer rights? Blatantly ignored. They offered a 20% discount on future trips as a 'token of sympathy'—essentially trying to sell us more trips instead of compensating for what they failed to deliver. Even the leadership backed this up with misleading claims. Similar complaints online suggest this is a systemic issue. Avoid this service unless you enjoy being ignored after spending a lot of money and being treated poorly.
