Not only did i send an email to the address on the Receipt, and also put "request tickets" to cancel prior to the end of the trial period, they conveniently replied back to me ONLY AFTER THE full amount was billed saying that email was not an acceptable method, even though it was on the receipt, and my ticketing system shows ONLY #10 and #11, which i clearly had submitted 9 other tickets to cancel with no response. Clearly to do so as which doesn't have any traceability or 3rd party verification. They didn't even warn about the end of the free trial. I politely requested a few times to cancel it now that i had proof i emaile and ticketed them, and they delicensed per their "T&Cs". Very Scammy, now stuck with software license I never wanted to keep and paid a very premium penny for it. And then they nickel and dime you. Not only that, Better off with more established operators like PropStream or PropWire which is free. A tleast they give you more accurate/realistic ARVs and doesn't take 5 minutes to "Process AI Accurately". Waste of money and time.
