I think I’ve made at least 3 purchases now in the last 6 months. The company makes very witty and aesthetic tops. The size range is really cool, and I love that most shirts come with the crop or long option. There’s different materials available too, which is great. I love their modal shirts the best. So the products are amazing, but it doesn’t stop there. Obviously through no fault of their own, at some point tariffs hit the retail scene really hard and I received a bill in the mail after I received my first order. I reached out because while I knew what was going on with tariffs in the political climate, I wanted to make sure the charges were legit and not a scam. They got back to me immediately and not only did they offer to cover the tariff cost of that shipment, but I had also made a 2nd order already that they saw and were willing to cover via credit as well. That was seriously cool of them. They did not need to offer that, but it made a huge difference to me that they did. I’ve received all my orders in a timely manner. I got great customer service any time I’ve emailed them. And knowing I’m supporting such an inclusive and minority business, I’m a happy repeat customer. Obviously my experience wasn’t flawless, but again, that wasn’t their fault, yet they went above and beyond to satisfy their customer.
