The consultant was versed about the product information. She took great patience and time, to explain what the product was about, the importance of the product, validity of the product, benefits of the product, whilst creating the atmosphere for questions that I had or questions that came up to mind. Having heard what was imparted to me, I had no hesitation as to my next steps.

All the people I spoke to or emailed were really supportive and helpful. One or two aspects of my will were not entirely straightfoward but they were dealt with well and explanations given. My one crticism relates to the routine emails eg re storage. These were confusing as they seemed to imply I needed to do something I hd already done. It would have been helpful if the octopus storage people had confirmed safe arrival of my signed will. They were prompt and helpful in providing ths reassurance when I emailed.
