I took out a will and lasting power of attorney with this company. My will didn't arrive so I enquired after it and they'd sent it to the wrong address. They corrected my address and I eventually got my will in the post. I was expecting some more important documents today from them and they've sent them to the wrong address again, even after I'd put them right months ago. They've apologised but these are all important documents, not like a voucher for a coffee or something. Very very unprofessional, if I knew it would be like this I would never have used them. As a footnote I went round to the address that Octopus Legacy told me they'd sent the paperwork to pick it up and it wasn't there and the people didn't know what I was talking about. So it could be absolutely anywhere. Important legal documents lost by the incompetence of Octopus Legacy. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!
