By mistake, I ordered the screen protector for the iPhone13 and Pro, thinking it would fit my Pro Max as well, but the frame was too small. I contacted customer service, who told me that other people had been caught out by this as well, and that they would happily exchange it for me. I had already used the dust cloth and sticky dust label, but as long as the screen protector itself had not been used, they would be happy to exchange for the correct one, which they did immediately after receiving the original one back.
