Great looking doors but a part has gone wrong after 18 months and they say it falls out of warranty owing to customer 'misuse'? how does one misuse a door? because it's out of warranty they say we have to pay for the visit to investigate the problem, the new part, and the installation. doesn't leave a good taste in the mouth.
