Really great concept, but overall I don't feel like I'm actually saving that much money. It's fun to get a "mystery box" full of fruits and veggies, and I love the idea of saving food waste, but the produce isn't in the best shape for the price offered. My real problem though, and the reason I will never go back, is the customer service is absolutely abysmal. It's a huge pain and very confusing trying to unsubscribe from their service. It took me three weeks to get any response back, and by the time I got help I got and paid for two boxes I didn't even want. I would love this concept done by another company. I could not recommend odd bunch to anybody in good faith.
