I was really pleased with the follow on communication I received especially because this was an overseas order. I promptly received my payment e mail thanking me for my order, I then received an e mail when it was dispatched (the following day), then when it was on its way and finally when it had been delivered which included a photograph of the delivery location. It was very efficient and therefore very reassuring that everything was taken care off. To top this, the flowers looked exactly how they did on the website so they provide a high quality service too.
