The mask and chest attachment are made of very soft silicone and feel great while wearing. I love the wireless feature, and the battery pack charges quickly. It allows flexibility to use just the face mask, just the chest component, or both together. I also use the eye guards to prevent any potential discomfort from the light itself, which lets me read, email, watch TV, etc. I've been using it 3-4 times a week, 15 minutes at a time (10 minutes red, 5 minutes combined red & blue glow boost), for about 3 weeks, and I've definitely noticed an evening of skin tone and overall brighter skin.
