Edit: 29/05/24Original review was 1/5. As per the response of the business, the tracking number was updated no later than 12:30 on 24/04/24. I received the items on 29/05/24 and the parcel was well-packaged in bubble wrap, ensuring that all items arrived in good condition. I could even smell the beard oil right out of the parcel without opening the bottle itself. The next step should be to ensure the timely dispatch and shipping of all orders.
