I opened an account. I verified. I ordered the simple virtual visa card, that says - top up fee $0.00 , Consumption service fee - $0.00 first tried topping it up with Apple Pay. I chose amount of $100, my bank was charged $100, but my account was topped up with $92 !!! What happened to no top up fees???Nowhere they mentioned any fees that I have to pay. Second step, I topped 143 USDT , the same exact amount was added to my account. Next step - I make a payment. I’m paying for something abroad, worth of 500 UAH (you can check the conversion rate for today 20/ November/ 2025 is normally around 11.84-11.86 - let’s say 12 dollars. I was charged 12.78 and there was also consumption fee 0.34 !!!What happened to $0.00 consumption fee??Now you would say that if I had 92+143 =235 dollars and I paid 12.78+0.34 =13,12, that I should have at the moment 235 - 13,12 =221,88 but NO !!!!After this transaction I have 219,67. Basically I paid 235 - 219,67 =15,33. $15.33 for something that costs $12 ! The best part is yet to come ! I think to myself - wow, this is such a bad service - I am going to withdraw my money and not use it ! Ooops!!!! There is no way to take your money out! You just have to spend it with their insane fees!!Absolute scam!Stay away !!!To stay ahead of customer support sad automatic replies : my account ID is 8346349943 ! Just send me the remaining amount back to the wallet to which I deposited from! I don’t want to discuss anything. This is just sad, to offer things like this in 2025 !! With all the crypto regulations - you should be jailed !
