Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever had. It would be more accurate to state that this company has no customer service at all.I ordered running boards for my truck, but I ordered the wrong size. I admit it - my fault. But I've been trying to communicate with them for days now, and all I get is vague, non-specific emails, clearly designed to make any return so difficult that customers eventually give up and leave them alone.All inquiries or questions must be submitted by email. It takes at least 24 hours, often longer, before you receive any response. Today I tried calling them, and I was told that since my initial contact with them had been by email, they couldn't help me over the phone!To add insult to injury, their last email mentioned a 20% restocking fee. I was not advised of any restocking fee before my purchase.I don't have the time or patience to play their email games any more - I'm done.
