We booked with TravelLocal / Off Beat Travel and had a great trip to Costa Rica! I researched and reached out to a few different travel company’s and found TravelLocal / Off Beat Travel’s pricing to be the most reasonable. Dennis was very responsive, knowledgeable and accommodating throughout the entire process. He tailored our trip to all of my requests, and was happy and positive the whole way through.
Before we left for our trip Dennis scheduled a phone call to over all details of our itinerary and to answer any questions we had. I was added to a WhatsApp group which included a contact I could reach 24/7. Having both the phone call and WhatsApp group before our departure made me feel at ease and provided reassurance that we had chose the right company to book with! During our trip anytime I messaged a question, I would receive a response from someone within minutes. All of our transportation, accommodations and tours were great. Dennis even noticed it was going to be my daughter’s birthday while we were in Costa Rica and without us knowing, had asked our snorkel/kayak tour guides to pick up a birthday cake and surprise us on the beach with it. It was an above and beyond type of surprise and we really appreciated it!
