I'm incredibly disappointed with Offcloud and honestly feel scammed. I bought a lifetime subscription through Stacksocial, but it's been a nightmare since day one. The service is painfully slow when it works at all - I've literally waited days for files under 10GB to download, which is ridiculous.From what I've heard, they apparently throttled all lifetime accounts to prioritize bandwidth for monthly subscribers. Looking back, the whole "lifetime" deal feels like it was just a quick cash grab with no intention of actually delivering on the promise.To make matters worse, they recently redesigned their website and basically cancelled all lifetime memberships. They converted them to one-year premium accounts instead, which still perform terribly. Their excuse? They claim the original owner died and the new management decided not to honor the lifetime deals. Honestly, I'm skeptical - this seems like a convenient way to dump lifetime subscribers without admitting they just don't want to support us anymore.Save yourself the headache and avoid this service completely. There are much better alternatives out there that actually deliver what they promise.
