Ordered 2 pairs of shoes 22days ago. Yodel marked them as delivered but they were not. Office Offcuts have been awful since - making me wait 3-5 working days at a time between emails, first to confirm they’d look into it, to tell me it had been left beside a child’s bike (there are no children in my block of flats), then to say someone would be in touch with a form to complete. On the form I had to state I was happy for police to investigate ME….It feels like they are treating me like I’ve done something wrong rather than the delivery company!! I’m out of pocket and out of work shoes in a cost of living crisis and when I asked about a refund or redelivery they said once I’d completed the form someone could discuss what was possible… 3 weeks + and I’m still waiting.
