I've dealt with a lot of recruitment agencies over the years and this is the most unprofessional and rude by far. It's one thing to apply for jobs and not get any reply or callback, that's normal these days. However, to interview for a position, get told you're being put forward for it, but then to just go silent and not let you know what's happening... I have never encountered this with any other agency. You're just left to work out for yourself that you haven't got the job. I emailed several times, but no reply.The agent in question was Shannon Brooks (based in Tunbridge Wells).Looking at the other 1-star reviews, Office Angels obviously have a policy for this behaviour. Don't think I'll bother applying for anything else through them and I certainly wouldn't recommend them.
