Terrible start to finish!Bought Office 2019 because I don't want to pay $150/YEAR for effing Word Processing. You know, a free feature.It took over an hour to activate, with the most painful re-reading of codes back and forth. When that was done, the download was ENORMOUS. For WORD PROCESSING. Once downloaded, the setup took over 45 minutes. When installed, you cannot rename the folders in your inbox - so it's all a jumbled mess that doesn't fit on the screen.An hour and a half on the phone to Microsoft """""support""""" and they say "not fixing this" and hang up. Then I find a back door to force it via registry after another hour.So for my $200, I got to wait hours to be told to eff off by Microsoft because they can't be bothered fixing any known bugs if it isn't for a drastically overpriced subscription service. Thanks for nothing you absolute thieves, I will never buy anything from you again that's for damn sure. Go to hell!
