I contacted Microsoft on Sunday 1-Aug-2021 about an issue with my Outlook. Support team took control of my computer and said I need to pay $139 and upgrade to Windows 10. This broke my computer.I spent rest of Sunday through Wednesday (4 days), trying to get it fixed. Microsoft Support transferred me ~21 times between different departments.And now at the end of Wednesday, "Anthony" is telling me that it is okay for my computer to remain broken, and that it is not his fault nor Microsoft's fault at all. They take no responsibility. They will not help me reload my already purchased Office back onto my computer. Only if I want to buy a new version of Office will they do that.
