I placed an urgent order with Office Boffin for an office desk on 24 February 2026. The desk arrived on time, but surprisingly it was delivered without any legs, making it completely unusable.
We contacted Office Boffin several times, and were initially told the missing parts would arrive the next day. It is now 5 March 2026, and we still have not received the desk legs.
This level of service is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. The delay has affected our ability to set up a workspace for a new advisor, and despite multiple follow‑ups, there has been no resolution.
Based on this experience, we will not be using Office Boffin again, and we cannot recommend them to anyone else.
