For example, several stores in Orlando, FL say they are open until 9 p.m. I had some printing I needed to get done for a client, and the hotel’s computer wasn’t working. Guess what? I showed up at an Orlando store at 8:20 p.m. and the lights are out. Closing time on the window? 7:30 p.m. They really need to get it together. Calling Customer Service is fruitless, as they just don’t care.
