Item damaged, no refund. The carrier listed the damage in the tracking report, yet a week later, no one had contacted me, refunded my money, or offered to send a replacement. This is for important medical equipment and I live in an area where it is not easy to get. I tried calling the "customer service" number and there are no live people - it is ONLY an ad for some kind of medical device. I found this extremely strange, and frankly, triggering. I was calling for help and instead was advertised to. Not OK. I'm trying to talk to the chat "help" right now and told them the package is damaged, in a facility. They then asked me to "take a picture" of it. Done. I have to have my bank reverse the charges. Took screenshots of the chat where they did not offer any solutions. Never again.
