I was told in no uncertain terms that I could not return or exchange. When I went back the next day and attempted to show the Assistant Manager. Neither the Manager nor the Assistant Manager would listen to me. I was able to finally find a reasonable assistant manager at the OfficeMax who exchanged it. But also kept the new ink roller and almost full labels.
