Bought the chair for $569.99 and the warranty for 69.99 total cost with tax $681.58. Made a claim to Allstate twice. 1st was denied because as they said I didn't bought enough warranty (The one I got covered from $300 to $799.99. The chair price was $569.99), they asked me to resubmit when I brought prove that the warranty I bought was more than enough. Then was denied because "loss of resiliency" is not covered and sent me to read the contract. Will never get another one of the Shaquille O'Neal's chairs nor the worthless extended warranty.
