I then spoke to an Office Depot agent who promised that he would confirm the refund process and get back to me the same day. I never heard from him again (a week later), and I have been unable to contact anyone who can help me. I sent multiple emails to his address (Rahul.Pal at officedepot dot com) but they were all unanswered.
