Their new policy of emailing docs to be printed for pickup or delivery STINKS! It was so much easier to simply email the docs and pick them up within a hour. I made several attempts to email very important color docs only to find that portions of the docs were missing went I went to pick them up. Would like to hear from management as to why this drastic change.
