The code "Chopsticks" sent by mail on the office depot magazine to get a free set of 4 noodle bowls and chopsticks doesn't work even though the code will expire on 02/28/22 and the products are available (8671837). I called the customer service line at 1 (800) 463-3768, but they didn't know how to fix this. Also called a local store and they didn't know how to fix it. Also visited a local store and they couldn't help. This has never happened before. Oh!Also, the sugar free french vanilla on a set of 4 coffee creamers purchase on 1/17/22 with expiration date July 2022 is spoiled. The local store couldn't assited in person, customer service over the phone could assisted, local store over the phone couldn't assist. They only said "sorry!!!No, I am the one feeling sorry wasting my time!I don't like giving bad reviews, but at this time customer service earned it. This is only for the already mentioned issues because Office Depot has been great a 99% of the time.
