Ordered a printer cartridge at 10:49am today from the Glen Carbon, IL store. The website says that pickup orders will be available within 20 minutes. I went to pick up the cartridge an hour later. Pulled up to the curb and called into the store. The phone rang for over 5 minutes all the while I was watching people try to get into a locked store. I called the corporate office to inquire as to whether the store was open or not. I was told that the representative tried to contact the store and the manager but was unsuccessful. She suggested that I cancel my order which I did. If the store is not going to be open, they should not accept online pickup orders!
