I placed a $3,000.00+ order of desks from these guys for our new corporate office location. I ordered well in advance to ensure the furniture would be at the office in time for move in. The expected delivery date was initially 2 weeks prior to the set move in date. A week before move in date comes, order has still not been shipped. Expected delivery date was changed to 2 weeks later than the original date. Move in day comes and goes - 2 days later they send an email saying they have cancelled my order. No surprise this company has locations closing every other day, that 3,000.00 order was just the beginning of what oculd have been an extensive corporate account worth Tens of thousands in sales, but due to poor customer service there will be 0.00 in sales.
