Their house brand “real space” of chair mat warranty is a scam. They call it limited lifetime, but require you to ship it back for review. Shipping of course would cost approx the cost of the mat. Just don’t offer the bogus (near fraudulent) warranty and make a customer feel scammed. I will do my best to buy all office products elsewhere. Over a stupid chair mat. Bad idea, bad company. P.S.
