Received a "Thank You For Signing Up" email for Office Depot's "Business Select" program. Folks this is a SCAM. Do not "sign into [your account or call ...]. Instead, file a consumer complaint with the FTC as well as here on Trustpilot. Do not email them. Do not accept calls. Let's shut this down. Important: If you have ever ordered anything from them using your credit card contact the issuing bank now to put them on alert. Time is of the essence. Do not play games with this outfit. Put them out with the trash A.S.A.P.Update: Just received a new email from this outfit. "Dear Valued Office Depot Customer,You may have inadvertently received an email in the last 24 hours indicating you started a free trial membership in the Office Depot OfficeMax Business Select program. The email was sent in error, and we apologize for any inconvenience or confusion it caused. We want to assure you that if you did not actively enroll in Business Select, you are not enrolled in the program, nor will you be charged an enrollment fee. We value your business and are committed to ensuring a better experience in the future. Thank you for your understanding."Note: To ensure you are not targeted by this company going forward file a complaint with the AG in Boca Raton, Florida and with the AG in your state. Provide original complaint and the company's new email.Office Depot merged with Office Max. If you've done business in the past you're in their database and you have an assigned "Account ID Number."
