I recently bought a chair from these guys, and although it arrived broken, the service I received afterwards was fantastic. I sent them a video to show the damage, and they were quick to respond. Within a few days, they delivered a new chair and took the old one away. The new chair works perfectly. Really impressed with the swift and hassle-free customer service. As a bonus the chair is damn comfortable even though I could have got it slightly cheaper on Ebay, the service would not have been this good.
