Initially, I was sent a size 9 ring. This ring was clearly too large and did not match the measurements from the sizing kit I had used. After reporting this, a replacement in size 8 was sent to me. Unfortunately, this second ring was of extremely poor quality and NOT the colour I ordered.The rings I received seem identical to inexpensive models that can be purchased elsewhere for around €20, which makes the pricing difficult to justify. I requested to return the product and asked for a refund, but I never received a return form or clear return instructions. At this point, customer service has stopped responding entirely, and I still have not received my money back.Update: As of today, I am still waiting for a refund and have received NO further response from customer support. The customer service is VERY BAD!
