I purchased a ring from Official Focus that was supposed to be delivered to my mailbox. After successfully providing my measurements and updating my size on the website, I waited eagerly for the delivery. However, the ring was never delivered, despite confirmation from the company.I was home on the delivery date, and my mailbox is locked, so I know it wasn't delivered. When I contacted customer service, they were initially unhelpful and stated there wasn't much they could do. After insisting, they mentioned I could get a refund, and I followed their instructions for that process. Unfortunately, since then, I have received no response to my follow-up inquiries. And now I also received an email saying that their email does not exist. I also add a message to my return process in their website and had no answer.I paid a significant amount for something I never received, and the entire experience has been very frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend Official Focus based on my experience.After my complaint they contacted me and a new ring was sent so the problem has been solved.
