If Customer Service needs a benchmark, then Amy from Official London Theatre sets the Gold standard. I mistakingly TWICE booked the wrong dates. I thought that I would have to go onto stub hub and hope to recoup some of my money back. I emailed customer service to assess my options. Amy responded and contacted the theatre, explaining how I had made a simple mistake and arranged for me to have a full refund on my mistaken orders. I couldn't believe it. She was very helpful, calm, approachable and acted in a very professional manner. This is what you call fantastic Customer Service and I cannot recommend their support enough. Much appreciated.
