I have only given one star because I couldn't continue with no stars.I purchased my first no no which lasted for a couple of years until it stopped working so I purchased another plus a micro which both stopped working after a few months and stupidly I purchased another which burnt my face because the thermicon sticks on I purchased yet another November 2024 direct from no no thinking that I might get assistance from customer services if it went wrong unfortunately customer services are useless and my last purchase lasted less than 5 months I emailed them for more than 6 months and got nowhere so I am the proud owner of 4 no no's none of which work SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! I am truly upset and disappointed
