Faulty item received. I ordered as their website states they offer a 30-day money back satisfaction guarantee. Delivery note states you must obtain an RMA - Return Material Authorisation Number before returning your item. The problem is you cannot get customer service to respond to get an RMA. I filled in two contact forms and used the "CHAT" messaging service - no reply to any of them. The warranty phone number they give does not work "you have dialled an incorrect number". I am now trying to get my money back via Barclaycard.
