I have a problem with your billing. when I use my main checking acct at Chase Bank your company collection says it was refused. This happens every time I re-order. I check with my bank & they say that they never got a request for a withdrawal. How can it be refused if they never got the request. I don't understand, by the way there is always funds in that account. This problem has been going on for the past few orders.
