I am deeply frustrated with the service. As someone managing multiple artists, I've encountered two significant issues that the support team has consistently failed to address despite numerous submissions. 1. Official Artist Channel (OAC) Delays: I requested OAC upgrades over a month ago, and despite follow-ups, there has been no progress. In contrast, my other distributor processes OAC requests in under 24 hours. The delays here are frustrating and unprofessional. 2. Content ID Problems & Misleading Assurances: Several of my tracks are lacking YouTube Content ID. I've submitted multiple tickets regarding this. The support team responds with generic messages stating the issue is "resolved" or the tracks are "redelivered," yet nothing changes. My tracks remain unprotected on YouTube. While the support staff is courteous, they are ultimately ineffective. They mark tickets as "solved" without completing the necessary work. If you are a serious artist who values your time and copyright, I recommend seeking alternatives.
