If there were a zero I would change it. Horrible customer service. I am still trying to return 4 items I purchased and realized they were too small. After 1 week and 14 emails, sending photos, order #, and several messages on Messenger...they claim they cannot find my order. I gave up and lost over $100. Do NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
